I’m a sucker for a good festival– especially when it’s a festival centered around booze. That’s why I can’t wait for these three events that Atlanta Beer Festivals has planned for Atlanta this Winter.
Atlanta Wine Party- Winter Edition
Jan. 16, 2016. 6 pm – 10 pm.
Each Atlanta Wine Party is held at Opera in Midtown, Atlanta, and I must say, it’s the perfect venue. This will be my third Atlanta Wine Party and I am just as excited as I was the first time. You can expect 50+ wines, live music and tons of great people. If you’re a wine connoisseur (or just like to think you are) this is the event for you.
Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased here. General admission tickets are $50 ($60 day of). VIP tickets, which give you early access, exclusive balcony access, 15 additional premium wines and light appetizers, are $80 (not available day of).
Atlanta Winter Beerfest
Jan. 30, 2016. Session 1: 1-5 pm, Session 2: 7-11 pm.
If wine isn’t your cup of tea, maybe beer is? This will be Atlanta Beer Festivals’s 6th Atlanta Winter Beer Fest, so you know it has to be awesome. And as always, the event will take place at The Masquerade in Old Fourth Ward. But don’t let the name mislead you! While the event will feature more than 100 different beers, guests can also sip on wine and ciders. (Great for people like me who don’t particularly love beer.)
Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased here. General admission tickets are $40 advance, $45 after Jan. 21 and $55 day of.
Atlanta Brunch Festival
March 5, 2016. 12 pm – 5 pm.
I almost stopped breathing when I heard about this event. A festival centered around my favorite meal of the week?! TAKE MY MONEY, PLEASE. This is a new event for Atlanta Beer Festivals, but one that I know will soon become an Atlanta staple. Featuring bloody marys, mimosas, beer, wine, live music, a DJ and- most importantly- Atlanta brunch favorites, there’s no way this event will be anything short of incredible. Not to mention it’s on March 5- my birthday! Best. Present. Ever.
Tickets will be on sale Jan. 13, 2016 at 10 am. Click here to purchase. The first 500 general admission tickets, which include 1 food and 1 drink ticket, will be $10. Eventually they will go up to $25, so don’t delay! The first 250 VIP tickets, which include early entrance, unlimited drinks, a VIP food tent and 3 food tickets, will be $40. VIP tickets will also go up in price, reaching $65 day of, so be sure to get these early, too.
Have you ever been to an Atlanta Beer Festival event? Which one are you most excited for this winter? Let me know in the comments. And I hope to see you all there!
